Headless eCommerce Platform

The Challenge

A fast-growing fashion retailer was struggling with their monolithic eCommerce platform. Slow page loads, frequent downtime during sales, and inability to sync inventory across multiple warehouses were costing them millions in lost revenue.

Our Solution

We built a headless commerce architecture using Next.js for the frontend and a custom Node.js backend with microservices. Implemented real-time inventory synchronization, integrated with their existing warehouse management systems, and deployed on AWS with auto-scaling capabilities.
